From the extension
- Open the Gaavala side panel.
- Tap the settings gear and scroll to Account.
- Click Delete account and confirm.
Paid subscribers
If you have an active Pro subscription, cancel it from the billing portal before deleting your account. You can reach the portal from the extension's Manage billing link.
By email
If you cannot access the extension, email support@gaavala.com from the address on your account. We will delete your data within 30 days and confirm by reply.
What gets deleted
- Account profile (email, display name, OAuth link)
- Subscription record (after billing portal cancellation)
- Usage events and session history
- Speaker names and personal settings
- Refresh tokens
- Voice-clone reference sample and your synthetic voice (Pro), including Soniox-side data
Anonymized aggregates (monthly active-user counts) are retained for internal analytics and do not identify you.
